The Bitzenburger Fletching Jig is a durable, precision-made aluminium jig for consistent arrow fletching. It is supplied with a magnetic clamp holder and the selected clamp type.

Choose a straight, right-helical or left-helical clamp according to the required fletching:

  • Straight clamp: positions vanes parallel to the shaft.
  • Right-helical clamp: bonds vanes with a right-hand helical offset to promote clockwise arrow rotation.
  • Left-helical clamp: bonds vanes with a left-hand helical offset to promote anticlockwise arrow rotation.

The repeatable adjustment is suitable for plastic vanes and natural feathers. Additional clamps are available separately.
