The Gillo GT 27 ILF is ideally suited for both Olympic Recurve archery and Barebow shooting.

As the name implies, the GT 27 ILF riser features the new and truly revolutionary ILF limb pockets, allowing any standard commercially available ILF limbs to be mounted on the Gillo GT 27 ILF.

The new limb pockets on the Gillo GT 27 ILF pivot entirely around the pivot point when the tiller is adjusted; consequently, the limbs always maintain the same optimal seating position within the pockets, regardless of the specific tiller setting.

Another revolutionary feature of the new Gillo GT limb pockets is the fact that the tiller can be adjusted by up to 30%.

This is particularly appealing to Barebow archers, as the Gillo GT 27 ILF's extensive adjustment range allows the bow to be optimally tuned to the individual archer, thereby effectively eliminating "nock travel."

Furthermore, the Gillo GT 27 ILF is a future-proof bow, as the ILF limb pockets can optionally be swapped out for Formula-style limb pockets.

The integrated shock absorbers located beneath the limb pockets not only ensure that the pockets are seated securely but also effectively absorb vibrations—a feature that performs truly excellently.

As its name suggests, the Gillo GT 27 ILF is a 27-inch riser and is available exclusively in a right-handed configuration.

Both the riser itself and the limb pockets are precision-machined from a solid block of aluminum.

The finishes on the Gillo GT 27 ILF are anodized, making them highly durable. Since the Gillo GT 27 ILF undergoes a sandblasting process after anodizing, all color options feature a matte, highly sophisticated finish. Even in the smallest details, Gillo prioritizes the highest quality with the GT 27 ILF; for instance, even the base plate for the lateral limb adjustment is precision-milled from 7075 aluminum.

The tiller bolts on the Gillo GT 27 ILF are crafted from galvanized steel and sit absolutely securely within the limb pockets—which are themselves made of 7075 aluminum—ensuring an unforgettable shooting experience.

The elegant "Medium Wrist" grip on the Gillo GT 27 ILF riser is constructed from laminated hardwood, featuring individual layers of varying colors. The colors of the grip are carefully coordinated to match the finish of the bow itself.

Located on the front of the Gillo GT 27 ILF are three galvanized steel bushings—elegantly finished with a titanium-nitride coating—to which stabilizers, barebow weights, or dampeners can be attached with absolute security; two additional bushings of this type are also situated on the back of the bow.

Furthermore, the back of the Gillo GT 27 ILF riser features two additional threaded inserts, allowing for the mounting of various other accessories.

As is characteristic of other Gillo bows, the central stabilizer bushing on the front of the GT 27 ILF riser is offset by one millimeter; this design ensures that the inherent imbalance of the riser—caused by the cut-out of the sight window—is optimally counteracted when stabilizers or barebow weights are attached. As a result, the Gillo GT 27 ILF achieves a state of perfect balance.

When it comes to barebow weights, the Gillo GT 27 ILF—true to its heritage—leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.

Gillo offers a diverse range of weight systems specifically for the GT 27 ILF—all of which, of course, are available for purchase through us. Thanks to the multitude of bushings, all standard barebow weights can naturally be mounted and optimally tuned to the specific needs of the archer.

The Gillo GT 27 ILF has a bare weight of approximately 1,450 grams and is supplied with a warranty card, a short and a long gold-anodized aluminum clicker plate, a riser bag, four wrenches, and various screws.

The GT 27 ILF is supplied with a comprehensive set of accessories. Included are a Gillo riser case, the necessary hex keys, screws (5x SS) for clickers and barebow weights, and additional screws.
